Distro's Router Reporting is the perfect way to see how your Routers are distributing your records and determine if any adjustments are required.
We will briefly explain this section and how you can access and read the data related to each of your Routers.
- To access the Distribution Reporting in Chili Piper, click "Router Reporting" on the left navigation panel under Distro.
-
In the page's header, you will be presented with some data associated with your routing. We will show the number of Triggered Routed, and Not Routed records, alongside each percentage over the total. By default, we will display the data for the Last 24 hours, but you can adjust the timeframe also at the page's header:
-
Right below, you will then be presented with a list of all your Routers being used in Distro with their respective Trigger Object, Trigger Type, number of routes, percentage of routed records, and when the Last Distribution happened. You can use the Search bar to look for any specific Router(s).
-
Select the router you want to review the distribution for and click "View":An overview of all Paths associated with this router will be displayed. You should be able to see the Team, number of Routed records, percentage over the total and the timestamp of the last distribution associated with it.
- Select the desired Path and click "View":
-
On this view, you will be able to check who is next on the distribution, the current level, and the number of records distributed to each Team member.
You can also click "Adjust Distribution" to edit the Credit / Skip metric and the weight associated with your reps.
Credit / Skip - To credit a record to a user, use a negative number (Ex: -1). To skip a user in a distribution use a positive number (Ex: +1).
Weight - You can edit the weight associated with each rep. Click here to find more details about how Weighting works.
- Don't forget to click "Publish" to apply the updates to the distribution.
