Admin or Workspace Manager Rights Required
This feature is available for Admin and Workspace Managers.
If you want to integrate the Concierge scheduler with your webform and route prospects based on rules built among form values, you must map your form fields to Chili Piper Data Fields.
Mapping your webform is an important step to ensure the prospect's data is properly captured, used to correctly route, and later updated in your CRM, depending on your setup.
In this article, we will cover the form mapping process in Concierge Fire in more detail:

How to Map in the Concierge Router?
First, enable the "Webform is submitted" option in the Trigger node. After that, you can map your form.
Before covering the two mapping options available (Automap or Manual mapping), we will learn more about Data Fields.
Data Fields
Mapping your form field to Data Fields will allow you to qualify your prospects based on the form values they have entered in your form.
These fields are configured in the Admin Center and are reusable in other Chili Piper products like Chat and ChiliCal. Data Fields can also be mapped to your Salesforce fields to ensure visitor data is always in sync with your Salesforce records.
You can read more about Data Fields here and about Rules here.
Coming back to mapping, we have two options:
Automap
Click "Find Form" and paste the website page link where your form is located. Then click "Find Form" in the modal. Once we have found your form, click "Map Fields", and we will work to map your form fields to Chili Piper Data Fields.
Manual Mapping
For Manual Mapping, click "Add Mapping", enter your form field name, and map it to a Data Field.
Under the mapping section, you can find instructions on how to find form field names in Safari or Google Chrome.

You must map at least the email form field to the Email data field. This will allow us to qualify the prospect based on data in Salesforce—we will use the email address to find the record in Salesforce. It will also allow us to send them the calendar invite after they book the meeting.
You do not have to map any other form fields unless you want to route based on them. For example, if you want to route prospects based on the Company Size they enter in the form, you need to map this form field to the respective Chili Piper Data Field. Then, you can create Data Field-related Rules to route your prospects.
Here's how the mapping looks in the Router's Trigger:
