Who can use this feature?
This article reviews some initial troubleshooting steps to determine why your Zoom meeting details are not populating in your calendar invitation.
1 - Check that the User has Zoom connected in Chili Piper
Each user using Zoom should be connected to Zoom; otherwise, it will not appear in their meeting invitation. First, check that the user is connected.
Admins can check in the users table that Zoom is connected and notify them to connect in the Admin Center > Users > Active Users > Scroll right to Zoom:
End users can check their connection or connect Zoom in My App > Integrations:
2 - Ensure the Zoom tag is included on the Meeting Type Used in the Meeting
Every meeting booked in Chili Piper has an associated Meeting Type. Check the Meeting Type Used for the Meeting and make sure you have added Zoom.
It should be First in the Location section:
And if you also want it in the Description, ensure the Dynamic Tag is added:
