Using Concierge to only distribute prospects

Please let us know your thoughts and setup if you have been using Concierge only to distribute objects (Leads and Contacts). We would love to hear your experience!

Concierge can also be used to distribute objects only, instead of mandatory having prospects book a meeting.

The first step would be creating a router with the setup you want (more details here) and activating the required queues under the "Queues for prospects who didn't take action" setting. You should not activate any queues under the "Scheduling Queues" section, otherwise, prospects will most likely see the calendar displayed to them to book a meeting.

Also, please ensure that the active assignees have their CRM integrated, as this would be a requirement for a successful distribution. You may also pay extra attention to the "Enable distribution for existing contacts" settings to ensure that prospects already existing in your CRM will be part of the distribution - if you'd like!

Please remember that this setting is recommended for customers who would only like to distribute prospects via Concierge and not have them book meetings.
