Recurring Weekly Q&A Session for Multiple Customers
Hi there, I’m a Customer Experience Manager (CXM) at my SaaS company.
We’re looking to spin up a new Meeting Queue with a couple of different meetings, which I refer to as “tiles” where you click onto the ChiliPiper link and there are various “tiles” or meeting types to select from. One of these meetings (tiles) we would like to host a recurring Q&A session where multiple customers (from various organizations) can schedule into the same time slot. For example, a Q&A session hosted weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays where any customer with access to the link can select one of these two times. Note: we don’t want to automatically register this user on a weekly basis, moreso just this one day/time they selected.
Some requirements:
- This session would need to be scheduled on two CXMs calendars (myself and my co-host colleague)
- We only want the session to appear on our calendars if at least 1 customer books the session. We don’t want recurring time blocks on our calendar if there is not guaranteed anyone signed up for the session. Hope that makes sense.
For the second “tile” or meeting type displayed in the Meeting Queue, we would want this to be a 2:1 session scheduling link. Where a single customer can book private time with the CXM team.
Hoping someone can confirm if this is possible, and if so would love to be provided any further documentation or guides on how to set up something of this nature. Any help is appreciated as this will be my first time spinning up a new Meeting Queue for my team. Thanks so much!

Thank you for your time today, Jessa.
The solution we discussed for your team involves using the "advanced settings" on the meeting type to allow prospects to book multiple slots at the same time, as well as limiting the number of prospects that can book that meeting type per day. More about our advanced settings on meeting types can be found here.
We also discussed each rep setting up a custom schedule for that particular meeting type, to limit the times that the webinar-style Q&A meeting can be booked for each rep, custom to their particular needs.
The last piece of the puzzle involved creating a multiple-meeting queue link for your reps, where a prospect can pick what type of meeting they'd like to have with your rep. The queue link can then be customized for each individual by appending that users firstname-lastname. The link can be customized to be smarter as well if you'd like to identify the prospect or attribute the meeting to a campaign, using our smart booking links.
