    Hey @...

How are you doing today? Hope you're having a wonderful day so far!

Please allow me to answer your questions below:

    1) Can we create Multiple meetings with different persons in same day?

Yes, that should be possible. While using Instant Booker, Handoff, and/or Concierge, you should be able to schedule as many meetings as you need or want to with the same or different people. You can limit the number of meetings that will be booked per host or prospect (email or domain) as well.

    2) can we schedule meetings from salesforce directly. if yes then how?

    - You can! I would advise checking this document which has more details about the booking process via Salesforce. You can also relate meetings with Opportunities (more details here) and Cases (more details here)

    3) can we create events in salesforce whenever a meeting is schedule?

    - That's possible too! We have settings to control if a Salesforce Event should or should not be created.

    4) is chili piper compatible with salesforce different edition?

    - I'm not sure if I correctly followed this part, sorry about that. Could you please provide more details about those editions?

Please keep us posted if you have any further questions and/or would like more details, we'll be happy to help!

    Hey @...

Absolutely, here's the document guiding how to establish the Salesforce (and other) integrations on a personal level.

Before enabling the integration on a personal level, you need to establish your organization's global connection. During the onboarding phase, one of our resources will guide you on the steps to do it and will follow the initial steps with you to ensure everything is properly set.

I will also use this post to answer the questions you raised in other topics so we can have everything consolidated - hope it's ok:

    1) I Want to book meeting from salesforce directly without using Booker Chrome extension. is there any way to book meeting directly from salesforce without using chrome extension.?

As of now, you would need to have the extension installed to have the Chili Piper-related button enabled in Salesforce and proceed from there. You still can create Leads, Contacts, and Events and associate your meetings with other objects (Accounts, Opportunities, and so on) without the extension, but to start the booking process from Salesforce, you would need the extension installed.

The extension installation process should be pretty smooth!

    2) if possible, can we book a meeting for chili piper demo (and integration with salesforce)?

    - Yes, please book a demo with your team at https://www.chilipiper.com/request-demo

On a side note, I removed the other posts you created since we have been discussing these matters in this one, hope it's ok as well!

Kindly keep us posted if you have any other questions over here, our team will do our best to answer you as soon as we can!

    Hey @...,

I see you asked some more questions, so I merged both posts into this one for better organization in the Community.

Before replying to the questions, I would advise scheduling a call with one of our reps through https://www.chilipiper.com/request-demo to better understand how we can help your company and use case.

    Here we go:

    1) how to schedule meeting from salesforce without using chrome extension?

    - As of now, you would need to have the extension installed to have the Chili Piper-related button enabled in Salesforce and proceed from there. You still can create Leads, Contacts, and Events and associate your meetings with other objects (Accounts, Opportunities, and so on) without the extension, but to start the booking process from Salesforce, you would need the extension installed.

The extension installation process should be pretty smooth!

    2) is there any custom integration available to integrate chili piper with salesforce? if yes, then how?

    - Can you please clarify your idea on what would be a custom integration? I want to ensure we're on the same page.

    3) while we are using chrome extension will we be able to schedule meetings in other browser?

    - The extension is mainly supported on Chrome, but you still can book meetings in other tabs, use links in other browsers, or even in Incognito mode.

    4) if there any custom integration available. please provide the reference document. and step by step guide.

    5) For custom integration, How we authenticate chili piper with salesforce and how we get client id and client secret?

    - For questions #4, and #5, such as #2, I would need to better understand what would be your idea as a custom integration.

Kindly send any further questions over this post if you have them, we'll be happy to help!
