First Time Access
While accessing the Personal Pages tab for the first time, you will see a pop-up enabling you to choose your button color and background color (Light or Dark). These options should be helpful if you want your Personal Page to match your company's branding, for example.
You can include a hexadecimal color for the button color selection or click on the field to manually choose a color from the color palette.
After completing your initial updates, click the "Go to Personal Page" button to see the remaining settings, which will also be explained in this article.
If you would like to configure your button and background colors later, that should also be fine!
Activate or Deactivate
You can activate or deactivate your Personal page anytime by toggling the "Personal Page" button at the header on or off.
If your Personal Page is inactive, prospects cannot access it.
Preview Section
On the right-hand side, you will see a Preview box where you can see how your Personal Page looks on the fly. This enables you to easily make any adjustments without needing to manually refresh or test it in your web browser.
Personal Page Settings
Personal Details
This section is designed for users to set their personal details that should be displayed on the Personal Page.
-
Profile Picture: Hover the mouse over your current picture, and the settings to Edit or Remove it will be displayed. Click on "Edit" to select a picture from your local computer to be uploaded.
-
Name: This setting defines how your name will be displayed to whoever is accessing your Personal Page.
-
Job Title: This one was designed to specify your job title (role). It will be displayed right below your name.
- About: Over here, you can include a quick description of yourself, your expertise, your goals, or even some guidance to users accessing your Personal Page. This description will be placed right below your Job Title.
Online Profiles
Within this setting, you can optionally include some social media URLs, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Email, to facilitate stakeholders reaching out to you on those platforms.
URLs need to have a URL format (domain.com/yourprofile), and the Email an email format (yourname@yourprovider.com). If those do not have the specified format, we will warn you to update them accordingly, otherwise, they will not be displayed.
These clickable links will redirect users to the page you included in those fields. Links will be included right below the "About" field in buttons that should point out the social media which users will be redirected to:
Associated Meeting Types
Now, it's time to associate the Meeting Types you want to display to your stakeholders. They will be displayed right below the header you create with your personal data and URLs, enabling prospects to select multiple options depending on their goal while reaching out to you.
For example, you can provide options (Meeting Types) for a 15-minute Support Call, a 30-minute Support Call, a Demo Session, a Training Session, and so on. You can add as many meeting types as you need or want to.
To add a Meeting Type, click "Change" and enable the checkbox right next to the one you would like to add. You can use the Search bar to facilitate your search and the "Select All" button to select all Meeting Types at once.
You can also use the "Create Meeting Type" button to be redirected to the Meeting Types page, where you can create a new one from scratch.
To remove any Meeting Types, click the "X" icon right next to them. Personal Pages need at least one Meeting Type enabled, so if you only have one, the remove option will be disabled for it.
Once you include a meeting type in your Personal Page, they cannot be deleted until you remove the association.
We recommend checking this article to learn more details about meeting types.
Styling
Before covering this in more detail, you may be unable to edit your Personal Page's styling if your Admin locked it from an org level.
This setting lets you choose your button and background color (Light or Dark). These options should be helpful if you want your Personal Page to match your company's branding, for example.
You can include a hexadecimal color for the button color selection or click on the field to manually choose a color from the color palette.
In the example below, we switched the coloring to Orange using its hexadecimal value, and to the Dark background:
Deleting your Personal Page
Do you want to delete everything and restart from scratch? That should be possible. Before proceeding, note that the deletion is not reversible, and you will need to restart from scratch.
At the header, click on the three dots on the right-hand side top and then "Delete".
