Who can use this feature?
You can now connect multiple calendars in Chili Piper. This update lets you add up to six extra calendars from Google or Microsoft Outlook, whether they’re work or personal. Once connected, all of your calendars work together to give you an accurate view of your availability across all our Chili Piper Products.

Why Connect Multiple Calendars?
Managing work across different organizations
If you’re a consultant, contractor, or partner working with multiple companies, you likely juggle more than one business calendar. By connecting them, you ensure that people see the correct availability when booking with you in Chili Piper.
Including personal commitments
Maybe you have school runs, a fitness class, or other personal appointments on a private calendar. Instead of moving them to your work calendar, you can just connect the personal one, and Chili Piper will block that time as unavailable.
How to Connect Multiple Calendars
1. Go to ChiliCal Home or MyApp and open the Integrations page.
2. Click “Add Calendar.”
3. Choose Google or Outlook, then sign in with the account you want to connect.
4. Repeat the process to add up to six items in total.
Items to Note
- Secondary calendars only show “busy” time. Event details won’t be visible. Even on your own Calendar in MyApp.
- They’re read-only; you can’t create or edit events on your non-primary calendars from Chili Piper.
- Busy times from all connected calendars apply anywhere you use Chili Piper Scheduling (links, Concierge, Handoff, Chat).
- You can connect up to six additional calendars.
