How to Find and Edit Working Hours?
As a user, managing your schedule can easily be set up in a few clicks.
Within MyApp, navigate to the Availability tab in the left-hand side menu. Here's a direct link as well.
After that, you will see your Working Hours and be able to edit them; by default, you will find the usual 9-5.
You can toggle days on (available) and off (unavailable) accordingly and click on the working hours to edit them; take benefit from the Copy to All button to replicate one specific start/end time to all available days.
In this article, we cover a few different use cases that can be set up there:

How to Define my Timezone?
At the left, you will notice the Timezone section, where you can disable or enable the Sync from my main calendar toggle.
If enabled, we will identify your timezone from your calendar provider (it's important to connect your calendar on your Integrations page) and consider it.
If disabled, you can manually include a timezone from our list. This can be useful if you are working in a different timezone or will work in a specific period.

Weekly Working Hours
This is the most common use case among teams. If you are working the 9-5 life, you will already see it by default in the first access, but you can update your hours for Monday-Friday accordingly.
Working Hours Tip
If your availability is 9am-5pm, the last meeting AND buffer has to finish on/before 5pm to be booked.
For example, if you have a 30-minute meeting with a 30-minute buffer, the last meeting that can be booked with me is 4pm, as you need 30 minutes available for the meeting and 30 more for the buffer.

Weekend Warriors
Some users are hardcore and work hard on weekends. By default, weekends are disabled, but you can toggle Saturday and Sunday on and define your Working Hours for the weekends.
If you only work on weekends, you can do the opposite with the weekdays and disable them, keeping only Saturday and Sunday enabled.

Offset Working Hours
This is another typical use case for users who may like to work long hours on certain days and short hours on other days. Example: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, you may work from 8 am to 7 pm and only want to be free from 10 am to 2 pm on Tuesday and Thursday.

Working Hour Blocks
This is also a helpful functionality you can explore! For example, you may never want meetings scheduled during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
In that case, select the + button to ensure you add chunks of available slots.
Ex: Monday [ 8:00 am-12:00 pm ] + [ 1:00 pm-5:00 pm ] - From 12-1 will appear outside your working hours. This will ensure you are not booked for meetings during your precious lunch break without creating a calendar block for it!
