Once it's been installed properly, you may want to see ChiliCal's Co-Pilot while checking emails in your Inbox or while composing a new one to speed up your booking process.
To do that, click any email in your Inbox and select the three dots (More Actions). Then, select "Customize Actions" and mark ChiliCal Co-Pilot's checkbox.
Launching the Add-In
If you performed the Customize Actions steps above, you should notice Chilical Co-Pilot's icon in the header, next to the usual Reply and Forward buttons:
You can also find it while composing or replying to an email in the composer's header:
If you haven't included Chili Piper in the customized actions, no worries. You can also find it by clicking the Apps icon in your Inbox:
Or in the e-mail composer:
Next, we will cover all functionalities you can use and take benefit from!
Book a Meeting
This option is available while accessing the Add-In from your Inbox and e-mail composer. Click the "Book a Meeting" option after launching the Co-Pilot.
Select the "Insert Suggested Times" option, and if you are a Handoff user, you may be presented with ChiliCal's Handoff Scheduler or your calendar's Scheduler, depending on which option you used last, and you can also switch from Handoff to your calendar whenever needed. Otherwise, you will only be presented with your calendar's Scheduler.
Within the Scheduler's right-hand bar, you can select which Scheduling Link you want to use, the meeting duration, title, description, and Location, and handle the meeting participants.
We auto-detect the prospect's timezone if available in our data, but you can also manually update it to have a better view of a different timezone in the top-left:
Select the slot you want to book the meeting and finish it by clicking the "Schedule" button.
Suggest available times
This feature is available either while writing a new email or replying to a customer if you would like to propose times for the customer and allow them to book the meeting at a convenient time.
To launch the suggested times, you must include the prospect's email address in the "To" field. This prospect will be included as the Main Guest in Chili Piper, and you can optionally include additional Guests in the "cc" field.
