Getting Your End Users Connected
When migrating from Chili Piper's Legacy platform to the new Demand Conversion Platform (DCP), also known as the "Fire" platform, all assets will be migrated over automatically. However, end-user integrations such as calendars and conferencing tools (e.g. Zoom) cannot be carried over automatically. It is important that all admins have their users connect their calendars and conferencing tools before using the new platform.
Here is a video walkthrough of everything your end users need to do to log in and connect their integrations:
We have prepared this Migration Guide for End Users that you can send to your users to get set up.
Admin Center Changes
The Admin Center has been refreshed to make it easier for admins to manage their users, control global settings, and manage teams at scale. The video below covers all of the key improvements that admins need to know about.
Shared Assets
Probably the largest change between the Legacy platform and the new DCP is the introduction of shared assets. This allows admins to reuse assets like Teams, Rules, Distributions, and Meeting Types across multiple routers, and even multiple products. The video below shows the differences between Legacy's queue system versus the new shared assets approach.
Specific Product Walkthroughs
We also have developed product-specific guides for admins moving from Legacy to the new platform. Click the links below to see shared assets in action for our ChiliCal, Handoff, and Concierge products.
