This article contains everything a new user needs to know about moving from Chili Piper's Legacy platform to the new Demand Conversion Platform (DCP), also known as the "Fire" platform. The new platform contains lots of new features and UI updates, and you can use the videos and resources below to get familiar with the changes.
Full End-User Walkthrough
Everything a Chili Piper user needs to know about logging in and navigating the new app, including differences between the old & new UI and how to use the new extension.
1 - Initial login
Access this link, and you will be redirected to the initial login screen, where you will be able to select your calendar provider (Google or Outlook). Click the one associated with your calendar provider.
After that, you will be redirected to a page where you can define some of your personal details: First and Last Name, Chili Piper URL (we will let you know if the one you choose is already in use), and your company role. Click "Next" once done with this setup.
In the next screen, you will be asked to select a meeting location such as Google Meet, Zoom, or any custom one; this can be updated later in your Meeting Type settings, too. Choose the one you would like to use for now and click "Next".
2 - Connect Your Personal Integrations
Establishing your integrations is an important piece of your ChiliCal setup to ensure you will take the most benefit of the tool.
