Admin Rights Required
This feature is only available to Chili Piper Admins.
Chili Piper's Billing Portal was designed to make admins' lives easier on billing-related tasks, such as managing your company's billing details and contacts.
We'll learn a bit more about what can be done below:

Managing Billing Contacts
To access the Billing Contact-related settings, click the "Billing" option in the left-hand side menu:

Add User
This option will enable you to add a Chili Piper user within your org to start receiving billing-related information about your org.
You can use the search bar or manually select the user(s) you want to add.
Add Email
This option enables you to add users outside your Chili Piper org, such as an Accounts Payable e-mail, for example.
After clicking on this option, include the required e-mails, click on the arrow right next to the bar, and then "Add as Billing Contacts". Separate them by space or comma if you want to add more than one.
Removing Users
Clicking on the X icon right next to the user you want to remove should do the trick:
Updating the primary contact
If you have more than one user in the list, you can switch to the primary one after clicking on the "Set as Primary" option:
Reinforcing that you can have up to six billing contacts (users, e-mails, or users and e-mails) in this section.
Managing Company Billing Details
- In the Admin Center, click on the "Billing" option in the left-side menu

- Select the "Billing Details" tab:
- Click on "Edit Details"
Once you click the "Edit Details" button right next to the Managing Company Billing Details section, a pop-up will be displayed and allow you to edit your company's details such as Company Name, Address, City, and others:

Click "Save Changes" once you finish your updates
The updates done will be reflected in your next invoices, so, for example, if you have updated your company's address, you will see the new one in your next invoice.
