This feature is only available to Chili Piper Admins.
The Chili Piper's Billing Portal was designed to make admins' lives easier on billing-related tasks, such as managing your company's billing/payment details or checking for your company invoices.
Below, you can find a quick walk-through on how to use it:
Invoice History
At the Invoice History tab, we have a couple of options available:
- Check all the invoices generated since June 2023.
- View your invoices' details.
- Download invoices.
- Submit payment for open invoices.
1 - In the Admin Center, click on the "Billing" option in the left-side menu:

2 - Select the "Invoice History" tab
3 - Then, you'll be able to:
- Check your invoice's data, such as Issue Date, Due Date, Status, and Amount.
- Search for specific invoices:
- Filter your invoices by Status to facilitate your search:
- View your invoices by clicking on the "View" button:
- If it's an open invoice, you'll also be able to pay it after being redirected to a new tab by clicking on the "Pay Invoice Online" button:
- Download a local PDF copy of your invoices by clicking on the "Download" button:
