How can I find my Integrations?
On the left-hand side menu of your Home page, click "Integrations", and you will see all available integrations on this page.

How do I Connect or Disconnect an Integration?
Active integrations will have a "Connected" flag right next to them, and the "Disconnect" button will be available if you need to disconnect it for any reason. Here's one example of an active integration with Google Calendar:
On the other side, inactive integrations will be greyed out, with a message stating "No account connected". The "Connect" button will be available so you can establish the integration. Here's one example of a disconnected integration for Zoom:

Google Calendar / Office 365 (Outlook)
The calendar connection is a key piece because it's from there that Chili Piper will collect your availability to be displayed to your prospects, ensuring busy slots will not be double-booked, for example.
Zoom
Marketplace Approval Required
Before you can integrate Zoom with your profile, a Zoom Admin needs to approve the Chili Piper app in Zoom's Marketplace. The app can be found at this link.
If the app is not approved on Zoom's Marketplace, you may see an error like the one below:
Integrating Zoom ensures that your Zoom-related links will be populated in your Meeting Types if you set Zoom on their location, for example.
Why do I see a banner telling me my connection is In Trouble?
Chili Piper will show this banner to let you know that one of your connections is disconnected or not working as it should.
You can just navigate to the Integrations page and check which one needs to be actioned. You should see an "In Trouble" flag next to the connection:
