Who can use this feature?
This article guides users in setting up their RingCentral Integration in Chili Piper's Demand Conversion Platform. If you need further details about the RingCentral integration in Legacy, please check this article.
With Chili Piper's RingCentral integration, you can dynamically create a unique RingCentral Video meeting ID whenever a new meeting is booked. These meetings will show up in your RingCentral dashboard. Should a meeting be canceled, rescheduled, or reassigned, Chili Piper will update the RingCentral Video meeting directly to keep your meetings in line.
This integration is done on the individual user level. Each one of your Chili Piper users can connect their RingCentral account to Chili Piper in their user settings.
