Who can use this feature?
ChiliCal and Handoff users can add prospects directly into their CRM from the Scheduler. The CRM data panel in the Scheduler is a powerful tool designed to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of booking teams. Users can seamlessly ensure accurate records by integrating their CRM directly into the scheduling process without switching between multiple platforms.

What is the purpose of this feature?
The CRM data panel simplifies prospect routing by allowing users to validate and correct routing data directly within the Scheduler. It also ensures that all necessary CRM actions are executed efficiently. Centralizing these tasks saves time, improves data accuracy, and maintains a clean and organized CRM system.
How to Use It?
Below, you can find the steps to add a Guest to your CRM from the Handoff and ChiliCal Scheduler:
- If you are in the Handoff or ChiCal's Scheduler, click the CRM icon (Salesforce or HubSpot) next to the Guest’s email.
- If you have more than one Guest that is not in your CRM, you can add them both at the same time or toggle on/off who you would like to add:
- If using Salesforce, you can decide if they should be a Lead or Contact
- If Contact, choose the Account the Contact should be associated with or create a new one if needed.
- If Lead, include the Company Name
- Fill in the required fields: First Name and Last Name. The Gust Email field will be pre-filled when possible.
- If Contact, choose the Account the Contact should be associated with or create a new one if needed.
- If using HubSpot, choose the Company the Contact should be associated with or create a new one if needed:
- Fill in the required fields: First Name and Last Name. The Gust Email field will be pre-filled when possible.
- Click the Create button at the bottom:
Note that the Lead/Contact records will only be created after the meeting is booked.
CRM View
The CRM view lets you see the CRM fields we have for the Guest once you have added them to your CRM or if they are already in your CRM, as well as the Data Field details in Chili Piper (if any).
