User Controls in Handoff

How to access Handoff's User Controls?

In the left-hand menu, expand the Handoff section, and then click "User Controls":

Allow users to schedule into non-matching paths

This setting comes disabled by default. If enabled, Bookers can override matched Paths and select a non-matching one to schedule into.

Also, when enabled, this provides Bookers with more flexibility when scheduling meetings, but it also means you may find meetings booked with prospects that haven't matched the select Path.

If disabled and the prospect does not match with any Paths, Bookers won't be able to schedule a meeting.
