How to Change your Email in Chili Piper

If you sign in directly with Google or Microsoft (Office 365) and need to update the email name on your Chili Piper account, please follow the steps below. 

This applies only to changes to the email name, not the email domain (e.g., jane.doe@acme.com -> jane.smith@acme.com). If your organization uses SSO/SAML, see the warning above - do not follow these steps.

How to change your email

1. Go to the Welcome to Chili Piper page and choose your sign-in provider.

2. Sign in with your new email address. Once you complete sign-in, your Chili Piper account will be updated with the new email.
