Who can use this feature?
The ChiliCal Co-Pilot extension places a booking icon inside the Nooks dialer, so you can book a meeting with the prospect you are calling without leaving the dialer. It is the same Scheduler you already use in Gong, Gmail, and Salesforce.

Extension Download
The functionalities shown in this document require the ChiliCal extension (Co-Pilot) to be downloaded and installed in your browser. Before proceeding, we suggest downloading it here if you have not yet.
The icon appears on app.nooks.in once the extension is installed and you are signed in to Chili Piper through it. Our ChiliCal's Co-Pilot Browser Extension article covers installation and sign-in.
Show the Prospect Email in Nooks
A booking needs a guest email address, and Nooks identifies prospects by name. The email address has to be on the prospect view for ChiliCal to read it.
⚠️ Warning: Set this up before you start dialing. Without the email address on the prospect view there is no guest to book with, so the ChiliCal icon does not appear.
Open a prospect in the dialer and look at the Prospect Fields card on the Dashboard tab. If it shows a row labeled Email with an address in it, you are ready to book — skip to the next section.
Turn on the Email field
If the Prospect Fields card is missing, or it does not show an Email row:
- Click Customize View in the top right of the prospect panel;
- Under General in the panel on the right, add Prospect Fields;
- On the Prospect Fields card, click Configure, and turn on Email;
- Click Done Editing.
The Email value comes from whichever customer relationship management (CRM) system or cadence provider your Nooks workspace is connected to. If the Email row appears but stays empty, that prospect has no address in the connected system, and no icon appears for them. The view persists, so this is a one-time step.
Book a Meeting from the Dialer
In the prospect header — the row at the top of the prospect panel carrying the prospect name, the phone number, and the action controls — the ChiliCal icon sits at the right end of that row, after the other controls. The controls in that row vary between workspaces, so look for the ChiliCal icon at the end rather than next to a particular button.
The header renders in two places, and the icon appears in both:
- The expanded prospect row in your call list;
- The dialog shown while a call is in progress, so you can book while you have the prospect on the phone.
Click the icon, and the ChiliCal Scheduler opens with that prospect already included as the main guest.
From there you can select the meeting host (yourself or a colleague), add or change guests, and adjust your meeting details, such as the template, duration, description, and timezone.
