Integrating Microsoft Teams in Chili Piper

-
You will be prompted to log in to Microsoft Teams. Use your Microsoft Teams credentials to log in there.
-
Once you have logged in, you will be redirected back to Chili Piper, and it will say connected!
Disconnect
If you need to disconnect, once connected, you will see a "Disconnect" button within Microsoft Team's integration:
Updating Meeting Templates and Reminders
Now that you've successfully integrated your Microsoft Teams account, you can update your Team's Meeting Types and Reminders to include Microsoft Teams links if you would like to!
Meeting Types
Microsoft Teams should be an available option within your Meeting Types' Location field, as shown below:
If you would like to replicate the link in your Meeting Type's description, you can use the CP.Meeting.Location dynamic tag to collect the value on the Location field and replicate it over there:
Reminders
Similar to Meeting Types, you would need to use the CP.Meeting.Location dynamic tag to collect the value on the Location field and replicate it on your Reminder's body.
What happens if a meeting is canceled, rescheduled, or reassigned?
If a meeting is canceled, rescheduled, or reassigned, Chili Piper will update the Microsoft Teams meeting directly to keep your meetings in line.
