Concierge

🚀 Support for Opportunity / Case ID in Concierge

Now supporting the parameters: caseId and opportunityId (the same that we use in queues today) and it will work as follows:

• if a caseId OR opportunityId is passed as a parameter to a concierge URL, we should use it to evaluate any case / opportunity rules that the queues may have
• We relate the SFDC meeting to the case/opportunity passed as a parameter IF the CRM actions say so
