Here's what's new in integrations from April through September 2026: booking inside the tools buyers and reps already use.

🚀 Fin for Sales by Intercom

Use Chili Piper's Concierge router inside Fin for Sales, Intercom's AI sales agent. As soon as a visitor qualifies, a confirmed meeting drops into the chat, with no forms or email back-and-forth.

What's possible:

• Route every qualifying chat to the right rep by CRM ownership, territory, or round robin
• Offer only real availability, checked against rep calendars in real time
• Confirm the meeting in the chat before the visitor leaves

How it works: paste your Concierge router configuration into Fin's scheduling section once. From then on, every qualifying chat routes and books automatically. You need access to both Concierge and Fin for Sales.

🚀 Storylane

You can embed Chili Piper in Storylane interactive demos. When a prospect hits a moment of real interest, a scheduling prompt appears, and they book with the right rep without leaving the demo.

🚀 Nooks Dialer

Reps can book a meeting, or hand the prospect to the right rep, while still on the phone in Nooks. Click the Chili Piper icon to the right of the prospect header, in your call list or during a live call, and the Scheduler opens with the prospect already added. It's the same Scheduler reps use in Gong, Gmail, and Salesforce, so they can book on their own calendar or pick a Handoff router.

Before you start: the icon needs the prospect's email showing in Nooks. Go to Customize View, add Prospect Fields, click Configure, turn on Email, then click Done Editing.

🚀 LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms

Connect your LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms to Chili Piper, and prospects can book the moment they submit. After submitting, they click Book now and land in your Chili Piper booking experience with their details already passed through. Concierge qualifies and routes them, or a ChiliCal scheduling link books them with a specific rep or team.

Every field comes through: each field on your LinkedIn form arrives as a parameter named linkedin_ plus the field name (Company Size arrives as linkedin_companysize). Add it as a Smart Parameter on the matching Data Field, and Concierge can route on it.

Chili Piper is the only company with a direct integration to LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms.

🚀 Marketo in Chat

The Marketo integration for Chat is live for all customers:

• Marketo in Rules: use Lead and Company fields from Marketo as conditions in any rule
• Create or update leads, with an optional Add to List action
• Update lead fields in Marketo directly from the journey
• Log activity: create "New Chili Piper Chat" and "New Chili Piper Meeting" activities in Marketo

When you connect Marketo, a Mapping to Marketo option appears in the data field menu, with default fields mapped automatically.

How do I configure the Marketo integration in Chat?

🚀 6sense and Bombora Account Identification

Chat can detect and enrich firmographic information for anonymous website visitors through your existing 6sense or Bombora contract, with no separate data contract with us.

How to set it up: enable the provider under Admin Center, then Integrations, then Built-In. Review captured fields under Data Fields, then De-anonymized Company. In a Chat Journey, go to Trigger, then Show to a specific audience, and build rules with those fields. If you use both providers, set which one takes precedence for each field.

From your AI tools, list Salesloft cadences, find prospects, and add them to a cadence. For example: "Add this prospect to the Enterprise Outbound cadence."

🚀 Connect Your AI Tools with MCP

The Chili Piper MCP server connects your account to the AI tools you already use, including Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop, and Claude Code), ChatGPT, Gemini, OpenAI Codex, and Cursor. Ask for what you want in plain language, and it reads and writes your live Chili Piper data.

Before you start: connecting with OAuth, which most AI tools use, requires an Admin on a paid account. For narrower access, use an API key with only the permissions you need.
