Here's what's new in Concierge from April through September 2026: richer data before routing, a new entry point from LinkedIn, easier embed setup, and clearer logs.
🚀 Post-Form Enrichment
A new Enrich node in the Concierge flow builder runs after the prospect submits and before the first rule. It pulls data from LeadIQ, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or Clay based on whatever was submitted, even an email alone, and your routing rules use the enriched fields. It works on every Concierge trigger: third-party forms, router links, in-app buttons, and the API.
When to use it:
- Your form asks for email only, but your routing depends on Country, Company Size, or Industry
- You route through Concierge from a partner integration, voice agent, chatbot, or custom app, and want enrichment without that system connecting to a provider itself
- You want booked meetings to carry enriched fields (Company Name, Title, Revenue) into CRM notifications, invites, and downstream automations

🚀 Book from LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms
Connect your LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms to Chili Piper, and prospects can book the moment they submit. After submitting, they click 'Book now' and land in your Chili Piper booking experience with their details already passed through. Concierge qualifies and routes them, or a ChiliCal scheduling link books them with a specific rep or team.
Every field comes through: each field on your LinkedIn form arrives as a parameter named linkedin_ plus the field name (Company Size arrives as linkedin_companysize). Add it as a Smart Parameter on the matching Data Field, and Concierge can route on it.
Things to note:
- Map every field you care about. An unmapped required field gets asked again, and an unmapped optional field is lost
- Consent and disclosure checkboxes aren't passed through
Chili Piper is the only company with a direct integration to LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms.

🚀 Advanced Options for the Embed Snippet
The 'On a Website' embed has an Advanced Options builder, a four-step form that writes the JS options into your snippet for you. It covers booker, language, meeting type, form identifier, attendees, redirect, campaign, object IDs, and enrichment, then gives you the finished snippet to copy.
What you can do with it:
- Event landing page: override the Meeting Type, redirect URL, and Salesforce campaign without editing the router
- Regional page: force French on a French page without a second router
- SDR landing page: set the booker so meetings from that page are credited to the SDR
🚀 Every Form Field in Concierge Logs
Concierge logs now show every submitted form field, mapped or not. Unmapped fields sit in a collapsible group below the mapped ones, each with its captured value and source, and a Go to Form Mapping link takes you straight to the router's Trigger to map it.
Why it matters: if a field wasn't capturing data, the only way to find out why used to be opening the page source and comparing by hand.
Things to note: this applies to third-party form triggers, and older logs aren't backfilled. A field showing in the log still needs to be mapped before rules can use it.
🚀 Spam Checker and Programmatic Booking
Two Concierge capabilities now reach further:
- Spam Checker uses one configuration across Concierge, Chat, and Distro, so the same checks and threshold apply wherever leads come in
- Programmatic scheduling lets your own code, voice agents, or AI assistants route and book through a Concierge router via the API, without sending the lead through any Chili Piper screen. How do I schedule Chili Piper meetings programmatically?
