Command Center Overview

The Command Center is your Chili Piper home base. This allows Admins to access different products and organizational settings such as user management, integrations, our API references and eventually billing (currently being built out). It is currently only accessible by Admins of your Chili Piper account.
In this article we will walk through the Command Center, including:

Home Tab

Welcome to the Command Center Home Tab! This is your dashboard for all things related to onboarding and setup.

You can always come back to the Home Page whenever you are:

Here's a quick summary of each option on the right-hand side menu. We will also cover each one of them in more detail below:

• Home: Your quick access to your Workspaces, Billing Center, Integrations, Data Fields, and User Management.
   

• Workspaces: Get a sneak peek at your configured workspaces.
   

• User Management: Easy access to licensing, assigning roles, and workspaces.
   

• Billing: it can't get easier than that - full access to your invoices, purchase new licenses, change payment methods, and more!
   

• Data Fields: Access the reusable properties you can use throughout the Chili Piper Fire platform. More details here!
   

• Integrations: As the name says, this is where you can set up your global integrations, like the CRM, Calendar, and Slack. 
   

• Branding: Adjust your organization's branding to match your company's, personalizing the booking experience even more. Explore it in more detail here!

Workspace Management

The Workspace tab is where you can create, configure, and manage all product settings. Workspaces are essential for tailoring the Chili Piper Fire experience to meet your business needs.

Create and Edit Workspaces

Start new workspaces and modify existing ones with ease to Create:

Simply click "Open" on any workspace to dive into each workspace's specific settings.

Data Fields

Data Fields are reusable properties that enhance your ability to capture and utilize visitor data effectively.

Admins can set up Data Fields here, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce or HubSpot.

Global Integrations

Command Center makes accessing and connecting with global integrations easy without requiring end-user logins. Our improved mapping feature ensures everything syncs perfectly.

Branding

Branding is where admins give their team’s links, and scheduling flow their own special touch. They can add a company logo, change colors everywhere in the flow using our pre-built styling, or go the extra mile with Custom CSS to maximize the experience.
