Distro:
🚀 Integrate with any Salesforce Object (Standard or Custom)
You can now see a new menu in the Distro section of Chili Piper. If you click into objects you can see all available objects.
On the right you can see all the objects added. To add an object you search on the left then hit the arrow to
add it to the right side. If you then want to use the object as a trigger now you can create a new router and see it as
an option for a trigger.
🚀 Explicit Rule Builder - Help article
Previously you would select the object and only see the fields of this object. Now you have two main sections:
- Other fields: all the fields on the objects
- Lookup fields: if you have a related object you can retrieve information from there.
For example, if you want to route your new contact to the parent account. You would start with the contact object then you can see any field from the contact that looks up to the Account and Parent account.

🚀 2 new Columns in CRM Router: "Trigger Object" and "Trigger Type"
To simplify which Router is doing what, you can now see the Trigger Object and Trigger Type in the columns right of the CRM Router.
🚀 Create Task in Distro Flow - Help Article
Distro can now create tasks in flows so that team members will not ever miss a step or to-do list item. Many teams use tasks in Salesforce for their to-do lists - it helps them stay organized and know what they have to do every day.
An example task is if a user wanted to set a reminder to call a lead. You can set a due date, priority, status, type, and description.
🚀 Filter out inactive campaigns from the Add to Campaign node
Only list active Campaigns in the Add to Campaign node
🚀 Capping - Help Article
The Capping feature in Distro is a powerful tool that allows you to manage workload distribution and ensure fairness among team members. Capping allows you to limit the number of records that can be assigned to a particular Assignee within a specified timeframe.
You can access it from Distribution Reporting or in the flow builder in assign and update ownership ➡️ fairness. From here you will create a capping cycle of daily, weekly, or monthly and then select the day and timezone. You can set the same cap for all team members or apply the limit per team member.
🚀 Link to Logs in Router and link to Router in Logs
This allows easy access to what you may be looking at or editing. Previously you would have to go to logs and then
look for the exact router.
