What is New for Users of ChiliCal (Formerly Instant Booker) in The Demand Conversion Platform

Instant booker and your personal booking tools like scheduling links, the scheduler, and suggested times are now all in ChiliCal. This article reviews everything that is new in ChiliCal on the Demand Conversion Platform for our Users.

ChiliCal is your home-base

From MyApp, you can manage your meetings and reminders, view guest information, and schedule tasks. More details on MyApp in ChiliCal's Scheduler (MyApp's Home Page).

Spicy New Look

Meeting Management in MyApp

From your ChiliCal Home base, you can (for ChiliPiper Booked meetings) mark a meeting as a No Show, Cancel a meeting, or Reassign a meeting. 

Only take certain calls at certain times

Create Custom Schedules for certain scenarios. For example, you could set an Office Hour schedule — only allowing customers to book during a certain time.

Or, if you’re headed to an Event, you can set up an Availability Schedule that only allows Event-related meetings to be booked during that time. Check out more details in Custom Schedules in ChiliCal.

Clear your calendar for your important prospects

Let important prospects book over flexible meetings (e.g. prospecting blocks, lunch, 1:1s). ChilICal will automatically reschedule those events to another free time in your calendar. Check out more here in ChiliCal's Priority Scheduling.

Limit your Meetings per Meeting Type

Be exact in how many meetings you should be getting for a specific meeting. For example, if you should only have five support calls a week set that limit with Meeting limits.

Add prospects to your CRM directly from the ChiliCal Scheduler

Make sure everyone you are booking with is in your organization's CRM and has the correct information. You can create your prospect as a Lead or Contact and create an Account for any new Contacts. Checkout more in How to Add CRM Records in ChiliCal and Handoff.
