Admin Center:
๐ Gong Integration: Automatic User Mapping + Invalid User Diagnostics
We've made two improvements to reduce Gong mapping issues.
- We now automatically refresh the Gong user list daily and map any new users.
- Invalid users now appear at the bottom of the list with tooltip explanations. Three common reasons displayed:
- Missing Zoom user (required when consent page routes to Zoom)
- User is inactive in Gong
- Consent page not configured for the user.
Shared Assets:
๐ Current Level in Distributions now starts at Zero
Example:
Two reps (A & B) start the reporting cycle on 100% with a Current Level of 0. Rep A is up next due to their order within the Team. Before any meetings are scheduled, Rep A is changed to 50% โ Rep A still shows a Current Level of 0, but moves to 2nd in the order so Rep B is up next instead.
๐ Make Assignee optional: Concierge, Handoff, and ChiliCal
We can now make an assignee optional in Concierge, Handoff, and ChiliCal. This means their availability will not be taken into account when scheduling a meeting.
This is an Admin setting and is available within router flow builders and scheduling links. This is useful when you are using Multi-Round Robin/Ownership!
For Concierge / Chilical, it means more slots will be displayed to the prospects
For Handoff / Chilical Scheduler, it means the optional assignee's busy slots will not be shown
Please note that at least one assignee must be required.
You have 3 assignees from 3 Round-Robins, you can make 2 of them optional.
ChiliCal:
๐ Donโt create or update anything now available in CRM Actions settings
In the Leads & Contacts tab, we've updated the names of the create/don't create options to be clearer: e.g., it used to say "Don't do anything," but in reality, it didn't create new records; it updated existing ones. So we updated it to just that.
And we added a new option, "Don't create or update anything" that literally does just that. We did it so that if you actually don't want us to even update the record, we don't run automatic retries.
A customer doesnโt want Chili Piper to perform any actions on the Lead/Contact objects in their CRM.
