🚀 Meeting Prep Agent (Available in Beta for selected accounts)

Meeting Prep Agent is now Live! This means reps no longer have to worry about joining calls with limited context about attendees and companies. MPA enriches and consolidates this context, enabling reps to build rapport, understand roles and seniority, confirm whether attendees are decision-makers, identify the company’s industry, recognize whether their competitors are our customers, and review prior or open opportunities that may impact the conversation. 

The agent performs web searches, uncovers CRM information, and uses enrichment providers to capture all the information you want it to. Tailor the prompt to your needs and let the agent do the rest!

🚀 Select All Users when adding to a Team

You can now select all workspace users at once when adding members to a Team with a single checkbox – it is live across all tenants.
 
 
What changed:
  • A "Select all Team Members" checkbox now appears at the top of the member selection list
  • Checking it instantly selects all users in the workspace
  • Use "Remove Selection" to deselect all users quickly
Why this helps:
  • Bulk team setup: When creating workspace-wide teams (e.g. Ownership), you no longer need to manually select 100+ users one by one
  • Faster team management: Quickly add all users, then remove exceptions, rather than the reverse

Distro:

 

🚀 Scheduled Trigger (Available in Beta for selected accounts)

You can now schedule when you want your Distro trigger activated. 

How It Works

  1. Pick your schedule. Enable "On Scheduled" trigger and choose:

    • Specific date – One-time run at a future date/time

    • Recurring – Hourly, Daily, Weekly (pick day), or Monthly (1st to 28th)

    • On-demand (coming soon) – Manual runs – it is still possible to do this via the 'Run Now' button in the Records to Process node as long as you initially publish the router with one of the other options enabled 

  2. Define which records to process. A new "Records for Processing" node appears when Scheduled triggers are enabled. Write an SOQL query to fetch the records you want to route.

    Example query:

    SELECT Id FROM Lead 
WHERE Status = 'Nurturing' 
ORDER BY LastActivityDate DESC NULLS LAST 
LIMIT 50

     

  3. Route normally. Hit 'Run Now' to test a sample (advised!) or a full run manually. Otherwise, records flow through your router like any other trigger respecting Entry Rule, Delays, Notifications, SLAs, etc.

Beta Limitations:

  • SOQL queries only – visual rule builder coming soon (select fields, set conditions – no SOQL knowledge required)

  • 2,000 record limit per query (SFDC limit) – we'll revisit this cap based on feedback

  • No retry for failed records – you can manually re-run though

  • Logs don't show run details yet – will add column showing batch number and trigger source
