The New Chili Billing Center
Last month we announced the first version of our in-app billing experience, giving super admins the ability to purchase additional licenses, new products and edit payment methods directly in the Chili Piper app.
Now super admins have access to the in-app billing center where you can manage your entire subscription in-app:
Super Admins will have the access to self-serve subscriptions and modify information such as billing address, company name, add billing contacts, modify payment methods, gain better visibility into historical invoices and visibility into upcoming renewals.

Automatically start in the search bar, If only one result is shown allow user to use ‘Enter’ button to select the value, If more than one result is shown - allow tab to go down the list to select a value, if something is selected menu should close
🚀 Depreciation of Legacy Distro
Legacy distro will be deprecated on Nov. 1st - all customers have been migrated to Distro Fire 🔥
🚀 CRM Actions: Update Ownership Restrict Fields
Remove any invalid operations and restrict certain field types that cannot be used
🚀 Field Remove in Salesforce - Push Topic Error
If a field has been deleted in Salesforce, and that field has been used in 1 or multiple routers, previously the router would fail. This update provides a solution: If Distro detects that a field has been deleted in Salesforce and that field is used in Rules X and Router Y - we will now send an email notification to the Admin. In the Email, we will specify which rule and which router and reference the field.
🚀 CRM Action: Update Ownership Restrict Fields
This is an Important update to reduce admin errors! Previously when using the feature: “update Ownership”, you would get access to all fields on the object. This could result in some invalid operations.
🚀 CRM Action: Update multiple fields on the same object!
In the router, you can have multiple updates on the same object type. For example, you can now update the lead owner, update a field on the lead, and do as many other actions as you desire.
🚀 Improve search and selecting fields in rules
When opening the menu for object/field/operator/value in rules → automatically put cursor in the search field so user can start typing immediately:
- If only one result is shown, allow user to use ‘Enter’ button to select the value
- If more than one result is shown, allow tab to go down the list to select a value
- If selected → menu should close
