Assign Account and Opportunity Teams in Distro
If you use Account Teams and/or Opportunity Teams to assign ownership in Salesforce — this is the update for you.
You can now assign Owner to multiple users within an Account Team or an Opportunity Team!
ICYMI, Distro also supports Custom Matching — whereby you can match incoming Leads to the Account Team owners.
So we pretty much have the full package at this point 💅

Set Timer for Redirect
After prospects schedule a meeting, you can customize how long Chili Piper should wait before redirecting them to your specified URL. (Previously, this was 5 seconds by default).

How we automate personalized outbound with Clay
Automate + personalized in the same sentence? Must be a mistake, right?
No, no it is not. And it's all thanks to our amazing conversion wizard Batikan Erdogan.
So, here at Chili Piper our SDRs take a screenshot of prospects' demo forms and overlay a Chili Piper booking module on top of it.
(Some of you may have received an email like this before 😅)
As of recently, we've totally automated that process.
Using a combination of Chili Piper’s Distro, Clay, Urlbox, and some clever internal engineering.
Which results in an outbound sales play that generates nearly 500 meetings a quarter 🤯
Here’s the TL;DR:
1. Assign Accounts to the right SDR using Distro
We don’t do lead scoring here. Instead, we use Goodfit.io to score our Accounts based on firmographic and technographic data. (You can read more about that process here).
Every day, SDRs are assigned a list of Accounts that they need to work.
Here’s a birds-eye* view of what that flow looks like in Distro:

2. Use Clay to automatically enrich prospect data and enable reps
With Clay, we’re able to enrich each Account that comes through with additional people and company data. This includes things like tech stack, company description, notable customers, main competitors, etc.
And, the most important piece to work our magic: Their demo page URL.
3. Automated product gifs for follow-up
We built our own internal tool that uses Caly data to automatically capture screenshots of our prospect’s demo and home pages.
And then automatically create personalized product gifs, showing them what Concierge and Chat would look like on their website.
Like whaaaaaat? So cool.
