MATCH FORM FILLS TO THE RIGHT LEAD/CONTACT IN SALESFORCE
When someone fills out your form, they are considered a Person. And now you can get very granular with how Chili Piper matches the Person to existing Lead/Contacts in Salesforce
For example, if you want inbound form fills to match to the most recently created Lead, you can set that up.

How to Auto-Convert New Leads if Opportunity is in the Pipeline
Here’s the problem: When a new lead from an existing opportunity engages (whether at an event, a webinar, or through a referral) most AEs don’t follow up because they simply don’t know about them.
These leads aren’t flagged. There’s no system to notify them.
So while a key decision-maker just signaled interest, your AE is focused elsewhere.
Luckily, you can use Chili Piper to make sure those poor Leads get the attention they deserve.
1. Set up smart matching rules
With Distro you can automatically match Leads to existing Accounts and Opportunities.
2. Trigger an automated flow
Any new Lead that meets your criteria (e.g. Lead Source = Events) will automatically be routed to the right rep.
The “right rep” is however you decide to set up your rules — could be AE Owner, SDR Owner, or round-robin based on territory rules.
3. Auto Convert the Lead
When a Lead comes in, you can automatically convert it to a Contact.
You can even set it up to automatically create an Account if there is none in the system and/or create an Opportunity.
4. Set an SLA for follow-up
This one is key — make sure that reps are following up with Leads once they get routed to them.
You can even reassign a Lead if reps aren’t following up in a timely manner (an added incentive for reps to follow-up ASAP — use it or lose it).
