CHILI PIPER PRODUCT UPDATES
Note: These updates are all on the Fire Platform.
Check the full list of updates here.
1. Relate Meetings to CRM Objects (End User Control)
Events are automatically related to CRM objects (Opportunity/Case in Salesforce, Deal/Ticket in HubSpot).
But now, end users can update Opportunity, Deal, Case, or Ticket directly from ChiliCal Scheduler. This is handy in case ChiliCal associates the meeting with the incorrect Opportunity, Deal, etc.

2. Let Prospects choose the Meeting Type
Yepppp. After your prospects submit a form on your website, you can give them the option to choose between multiple different meeting types.
You can now see conversions from form submission to calendar displayed to meeting scheduled. You can also filter by Router and timeframe.
Relevant Product: Form Concierge (Fire)
3. Speak your Customers' Language 🇫🇷 🇩🇪 🇮🇹 🇯🇵
Set copy and translations for the calendar, confirmation screens, field labels, and error message translations.
Relevant Products: Form Concierge, Chat, ChiliCal

SPICY OPS
Assign ABM Leads to the Right Target Account Owner
Here’s a problem we hear come up again and again:
2 Leads from the same Account are being routed to different reps.
Each rep works the Leads separately.
Until someone eventually realizes you have two reps working the same Account… and the prospect is reassigned.
Everyone’s least favorite nightmare situation.
That you can avoid with Chili Piper 💁♀️
First, make sure every member of the buying committee is routed to the right rep by setting up your Rules in Concierge.
You can set your rules to include all the following:
- An existing Contact in an existing Target Account
- An existing Lead in an existing Target Account
- A new Record in an existing Target Account
Read our article to get the full scoop.
