1. Let End-Users Add Prospects to your CRM

End-users can now add prospects to your CRM directly from the scheduler. If a prospect is already in your CRM, end users can also check the information in the CRM. (We’re currently working on a feature that will let them edit information in the CRM; stay tuned).

As a result, you get better CRM data and your reps spend less time in the CRM. Win/win. 😂

2. Now you finally know "why does Sarah has more meetings than me"

Now, you have full insight into Chili Piper’s distribution algorithm. You have full visibility into Meetings Scheduled, Reassigned, No Shows, Team Members Skipped, Credits/Skips, Weighting Changed — all of it.

So when someone (inevitably) asks why so-n-so has more meetings than so-n-so — now you know.

3. Advanced tie-breakers available in Matching Hub!

You know we have fuzzy matching, de-duping, tie-breakers, and filtering...

And now we've made our tie-breaking functionality even more advanced — including options for "maximum" and "minimum".

How to Set Up Office Hours or Group Demos with Chili Piper

You want to set up daily Office Hours or a Group Demo that folks can join if they want to talk to a member of your team.

Luckily, you’re a Chili Piper customer! You can set this up with ChiliCal (which all Chili Piper customers have access to)

Here’s how you do it:

1. Create your Office Hours Meeting Type

First head of your to your meeting types to create the Office Hours meeting type.

2. Set Availability Settings

Next, mark the Meeting Type Availability as Available.

3. Set Availability Schedule for the End User

First, create a new Availability Schedule.

Then, set up an availability schedule for your new Office Hours meeting type.
