I’ll say it again: NO MORE UNFAIR DISTRIBUTION!!
Now you can calibrate distributions across multiple teams and multiple products.
A few use cases you can achieve:
- If a rep got a meeting from the Ownership queue, you can move them to the back of the round-robin queue for net-new meetings — to make sure everyone is getting the same amount of meetings.
- If your reps are receiving meetings via webforms, email marketing, SDR handoff, and Chat — you can calibrate distribution across all those different channels
- If you’re distributing Leads from webinars, badge scans, and ebooks — you can make sure leads are evenly distribution between all those channels.
CONCIERGE ANALYTICS 🔥
You can now see conversions from form submission to calendar displayed to meeting scheduled. You can also filter by Router and timeframe.
HANDOFF LIVE (previously known as Hot Handoff) 🔥
This is a big one. Your SDRs can now handoff prospects to talk with an AE live. As in immediately, Instantly. Right away. Within seconds. All the synonyms for immediately.
We’ve made a few improvements in Handoff Live from Legacy:
Bookers can switch from “Live” to “Later” within the scheduler
Bookers don’t need to open a separate extension to open Handoff Live vs. normal Handoff
NOTE: This is currently behind a feature flag! If you’d like it activated on your account, reach out to your account team 😊

How to Auto-Convert Leads to Contacts
Leads are the scourge of the Earth, am I right?
(ok maybe that's a bit dramatic, but you get what I’m saying).
But with Chili Piper Distro, you can automatically convert Leads into Contacts!
Step 1: Route to the right rep
Step 2: Once it’s been routed, convert it to a Contact
Step 3: After it’s been converted to a Contact, automatically create an Account/Opportunity! (if an Account doesn’t already exist).
It’s awesome. No more lonely Leads. 🙌
