1. Add “Update/Create Contact/Lead Record” right after Trigger
So that Concierge creates/updates records WHILE performing routing/booking (in parallel). This solves the problem of race conditions when a third party creates/updates the record.
2. Use router links that direct to a specific user
By adding the “by” parameter to the Embed tab.

1. Assign ABM leads to Target Account owner
We know that buying committees are getting out of control – sometimes as many as 20 different people could be part of the buying process. And you don’t want to route Leads/Contacts from the same Account to two different reps — terrible buying experience and your reps might be… um… displeased. 😅
With Chili Piper, you can make sure those incoming leads are routed to the right Account with our advanced Lead to Account Matching — combining both Salesforce Duplicate Rules with Domain Matching.

2. Automating Champion Tracking Signals with UserGems
This is one of our favorite plays that we’re doing internally right now.
Here’s the gist of it:
After a previous customer takes a job at a new company, UserGems picks up on that and updates a field in Salesforce. Then, Chili Piper Distro fires, notifying an SDR to reach out to that customer.
We generated over $300K in pipeline from this play alone in just 5 months. 🤯

3. How to Set Up Office Hours or Group Demos with Chili Piper
Want to set up a recurring time when customers/prospects can pop in to ask questions? This is easy to do with Chili Piper! And this functionality comes included with any Chili Piper products (via ChiliCal).
All you have to do is create an Office Hours Meeting Type and have your reps set Availability Settings to only accept Office Hours meetings during a specified time. Then, share with your customers and start booking office hours.
