1. Grouping Distributions 🚀
Now you can calibrate routed records across multiple distributions. For example, if Sarah is in 1 distribution, but Tina is in 4 different distributions — you can put those distributions together in a group to make sure meeting assignment is even between Sarah and Tina.
2. Match to Opportunity and Match to Case 🚀
You can now match Leads and Contacts to an Opportunity or Case! You can configure using Salesforce Duplicate Rules — and also set up Filtering and Tiebreakers.
3. Custom Matching 🚀
You can now match any Object to any Object, Standard or Custom. A common use case is if you’d like to match a Lead to an Account, and then match the Account to an Account Team Member — and route the Lead to the Account Team Member.
🔥 FORM CONCIERGE 🔥
1. Update Case and Opportunity Fields 🚀
Now you can update Case and Opportunity Fields in your Form Concierge routers!
For example, if you’ve routed a meeting to your Support Team via Concierge, you can trigger a Field Update to the Case Object in Salesforce (e.g. Case = assigned).

1. Round-Robin Links 🚀
You can now share Round-Robin links with your team, which they can access from their Chili Piper App.
2. Team Scheduling Links 🚀
End users can now easily access all team scheduling links when booking meetings on behalf of others. Admins have full control over meeting settings.
💬 CHAT 💬
🚀 Restart Chat Widget
If a prospect made an incorrect selection, they can “restart” the Chat widget to go back to the beginning.

We did something a little bit different at INBOUND this year…
We live-tracked booked meetings at our booth on a monitor — so our success (or possible failure) was on full display for everyone to see.
Luckily we ended up booking 75 meetings — so it looks like our investment at INBOUND was a success 🙌
What were the results of such an… unconventional booth display?
We gamified booking meetings for conference attendees. We had folks come back to our booth to check-in throughout the conference. Everyone was excited when the numbers started ticking up 🙌
We created awareness about how we use Chili Piper for events. We let prospects book meetings with sales right at the booth — so reps come back to a calendar full of meetings versus a list of leads they need to follow up with. (Here’s our playbook for using Chili Piper at events).
Real-time attribution. It’s so hard for marketing teams to prove their value to leadership. This activation proved our value in real time!
